As residents of Hillside Apartments we have rights that are currently being violated, that we wish for the owner/management to fix in a timely fashion in order for us to live in an inhabitable environment. The list of problems are as followed; Mildew through out the majority of every apartment, plastic windows, windows that leak water through them, bad plumbing thats causing major back-ups in our bath tubs and sinks, rotten vinyl, old rotten carpeting, windows with no screens, front doors with no knobs, front screen doors to tenants apartments are coming apart, and very old appliances are in our apartments.
