    Comments: This is downright rediculous without a postal outlet in the northward where all the businesses are located. There are two outlets in malls close to each other up at Grandview and Zellers County Fair and none downtown.

    Comments: Canada Post keeps dropping services in the name of "serving of better", which of course we all know is not the case. If their object is to dismantle Canada Post all together, they are doing a good job. Many mail boxes have been removed over the years, making it difficult for some people to use the mail, and now the boxes only get cleared once a day and not at all on Saturdays. It is ludicrous that a business area no longer has a post office. Also, the franchised outlets provide poor service as the staff is not always trained properly and during the busy times of the year they have only one attendant so the wait to mail anything is very lenghty. We need a non-franchised outlet in the North downtown area. Sharon Kozak Thunder Bay
