Paper to Power is an Empowerment Access initiative that is deliberately intended to identify beneficiaries of the Empowerment Program in the Arts and Culture Sector and encourage and involve these marginalised practitioners to participate in the Empowerment Program. Spacial focus will be given to the Film and Television Industry; including all the genres incorporated therein. Zimbabwean Film and Television Industry is laden with talent and pregnant with unfathomable potential; which; if properly tapped and meaningfully supported; could see the despised Sector transforming into a multi million dollar power house with the potential to create employment and significantly contribute towards the country's Gross Domestic Product. We are advocates for the creation of the Ministry of Arts and Culture and are running together with a myriad of Zimbabwean Artists who are currently lobbying for the same.
