I entered in USA at Los Angles Airport ,as a visitor. Later I moved to Florida and became Permanent Resident in 1987. I was convicted and sentenced to prison in 1996. I completed my sentence in 1998 but i was held by Immigration for Deportation. I Appealed my Deportation Ordered and Bailed out on 15000$ bond. On February 1999 my appeal was denied and I was noticed to leave USA. I voluntarily left USA on March 2nd 1999. Since then i am peacefully living in my native country Pakistan. I left behind in Florida, a Daughter of 7 yrs old who is 18 now since March 2nd 2010; as she was born on March 2nd 1992. My Daughter is going to start her college next year as she will graduate from high school in June this year. I have learnt in hard way to live a legitimate life. I am a educated fellow and like to apply for re-entry visa for USA and go back, work and help my daughter to study in college and later become a Psychologist. Therefore I humbly request for a re-entry Visa for USA.
