Right everyone, we have been going for a week now and I think it is time that we step things up.
We are therefore asking you to write to the following individuals in respect of the proposals that effect our communities.
your correspondence either via email or by post need to reach these individuals well before the 25th February for them to be taken into consideration for the meeting on the 28th.
This will either cost you the price of a first class stamp or nothing if done via email.
Correspondence need to be made to CBC, who state that written representations, clearly marked, “for consideration by the Overview and Scrutiny Committee”, should be sent to both :-
Jonathon.Partridge@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk and Councillor David.McVicar@centralbedfordshire.gov.uk to be received by 25th February 2013 at the very latest - preferably earlier.
Letters may also be sent by post to the above two people, at Central Bedfordshire Council, Priory House, Monks Walk, Chicksands, Shefford, SG17 5TQ.
