Tomorrow will mark a week since we started the campaign and what a week it's been:
250 signatures on the petition as we write,
Leaflets delivered across Potton and Sutton,
Interview in the Biggleswade Chronicle,
Interview in Beds on Sunday,
Blog updates on the petition site,
Support from Facebook, Twitter and Google.
We will be focussing on:
Further leaflets drops and posters to Potton (such a big place it turns out), Sandy, Dunton, Biggleswade and Wrestlingworth,
Chasing the Daily Mail for a follow up article,
We are going for some radio 4 and 3 counties attention.
We are also hoping to advertise on the Potton billboard - make it work for us for a change!
This is a BIG DEAL to us all.......and deserves a big fuss to be made
Don't forget to attend your local parish council meetings to show your support for the campaign.
Don't forget the meeting at Chicksands on the 28th February.
Don't forget to pass the petition site on to your friends!
Where is Cllr Doreen Gurney ?, Her silence is a disgrace. Come on Doreen you are our representative, you claim the expenses and the allowances. What are you doing about this?. Nothing, just like the last 20 years. Lets make this clear- If you do anything other than vote and campaign against this, you are going to be voted out. No more gypsy sites here
