It is merely exposing the hatred being disseminated against Jews and Israel over the Palestinian/Arab media outlets. Censoring this information and not allowing the public to find out about Arab anti-Semitic and anti-Israel incitement accomplishes precisely the reverse intentions of YouTube's guidelines.
