    Comments: Every child who is local should have the right to go to a local school with out having to travel an excessive amount of time to reach it ( ideally with in walking distsnce) The matter needs looking at again by councils for a long term solution not a temporary quick fix.

    Comments: Expanding local provision is the only answer to the problem. Forcing young children to travel to attend school will cause social problems as children live too far away from school friends, economic problems as parents struggle to juggle work and school if the school they're given is not near their home or work and environmental problems as the option to walk to school becomes an impossibility. There is enough space in Guiseley for expanding primary provision.
