    Comments: Both of my children were involved in the Challenge program at the elementary level at Oak View and R. C. Hill schools. Presently, my daughter is enrolled in all Honors classes at RHS and my son in all honors at Jane Addams Middle school. My husband and I found the Challenge program to be an excellent program to meet the needs of our gifted children by challenging their minds and providing a more enriched educational environment for them.

    Comments: All three of my children have benefited greatly from the Challenge program--none would have qualified under the 2% guideline. Although there are certainly ways the program could be improved, it is irresponsible to consider changes this drastic.
