It's still activily being sold and most users are under warrenty still, it should be upgraded to WM6. Personally if it isn't, I doubt I will be investing money into another HTC product when other companies are announcing WM6 roms for older devices. I'd rather support a company that supports it's users with upgrades like this.Flag
