   Comments: I feel this would strongly benefit everyone, Kevin Martin is a brilliant Meteorologist who predicts our weather very accurately not to mention he can pinpoint thunderstorm development. It is a good idea to get OWS funded because it will make Southern Californian forecasting more accurate.
