Petition Summary: To establish rules and agreement for
use of the Clubhouse by the residents in the Alamo Creek Owners Association,
the residents of the community, as well as other home owner associations and
HOA management companies, were consulted and solicited for input on appropriate and mutually beneficial rules and contract for rental. The Agreement that was presented by HOA management was edited by the Members who are petitioning to have the Alamo Creek HOA Board enact the Agreement as amended.
