We, the great British Baked Bean U.K public hereby petition against the ASA (Advertising Standards Authority) ruling to ban the Heinz Can Song solely on unreliable 'sauce' of Health & Safety reliability.

The actions endorsed that children, teenagers and adults were more than likely to sustain hand or fingers being inserted into an open tin, and it's associated risk of cuts are totally blown out of context. The television advert and accompanied examples to play the Heinz can are clearly depicted utilising taping methods to prevent such sustained cuts and abrasions.

We however, the residents of this glorified baked bean nation are made of sterner stuff and our resilience is beyond reproach. We therefore, petition ASA to over turn this 'half-baked' statutory ban and allow Heinz the 'full blown' privilege to proceed with the ongoing advertisement for the forthcoming future!

It's all in the Can man!
