I watch mu minutes very close and very cautious. I am on disability with cancer and have a very tight budget......I have had cingualr service for about 18 months and they over charge my minutes and they are fraud....they adjusted my bill for the past few months as I told them this is wrong with my bill and I was given a credit as I told them I was going to the BBB and call my LOCAL TV station.........The billing is not right with cingular the minutes are messed up every time I check my minutes, each day I watch so close and they still over charge me and I look at the minutes especially the last 8 days before the billing cycle and watch it close and then the hour before the billing cycle I have the same amount of minutes and many to roll over and then they say I over used my minutes up to 100-300 over the past 4 months and this is not true.........What is going on....HELPFlag

I am being overcharged this very month for "monthly charges" My 9.99 dollar a month additional line went up to 45.95 this month under monthly charges without explanation. I had no overages and did not upgrade. This is unjust and cingular needs to be stopped.Flag

I am also being charged 300+ for early termination after I renewed my contract. I did not terminate my service. I extended it. I am being charged twice for insurance for both phones on the same bill. And i'm sure there are other inconsistancies in the bill but can not tell because there are charges on it that have no explanation for the charge.Flag
