| 4475 | Ruth Turville | It is so important for women to listen to thier bodies. My daughter was 23 when she was diagnosed with ovarian cancer. She just celebrated being 5 years cancer free in June.. Women need to tlak to thier mothers, daughters, sisters, friends and any woman who will listen, the sooner it is found the greater thier chances are for a full and complete recovery.
many doctors dont listen to thier patients so if yours isnt listening get another doctor. NEVER LET THE DOC TELLYOU YOU RE IMAGINING THIS WE KNOW OUR BODIES. |

| 4479 | Nancy Carter-Foster | Please do not decrease cancer funding. We need more money for research and development of diagnostic testing, screening, etc. especially for ovarian and other kinds of female cancers. Increase cancer funding now and include it in health care reform, with a public opinion. No one with a health condition should have to go bankrupt in order to get the quality care they deserve. |

| 4481 | Deborah Underwood | Women need to be aware of the symptoms of ovarian cancer. This is a nasty disease that just sucks the life right out of you. |
| 4482 | Anna Reinwand | Please consider this request for an ovarian cancer awareness stamp. Ovarian cancer robs families of daughters, mothers, sisters and friends. |

| 4495 | Lorraine Russo | We have to increase awareness. Women are practically clueless -- they think it can be detected in their annual pap smear. We have to come up with a annual screening exam, similar to that of breast cancer (mammo, etc.). On December 15th, it will be my one-year anniversary of my initial diagnosis. I hope that there will be no reoccurrence and that I will be here to raise my children. Thank you. ... Lorraine Russo |

| 4498 | Anonymous | I urge you to develop a stamp for ovarian cancer. People need to be more aware of this disease. I believe lives could be save if there were a greater effort to inform the general public. Thanks for your consideration. - LFS |
