Dear Trevor Lower School Administration, We are first-grade parents who are concerned about the fact that our children next year may be indoors all day long, four out of five days, without the chance to see daylight. We believe that children should spend time outdoors every day. A seven-hour day is too long to spend entirely inside. The first-grade classrooms are small, and several of the rooms they use have little-to-no natural light. Trevor has the enormous good fortune of being located half a block from Central Park, and, moreover, a direct entrance to the park, where there is plenty of room on the bridle path to run and play.
