Deadbeat parent

The petition

Laws against Deadbeat parents need to be enforced and they need to be held accountable to the children they created. Laws need to be changed as well. WHERE IS THE OUTRAGE! It is child abuse! The system discourages the pursuit of Deadbeat parents and does little to enforce the Orders it makes. Please sign it if free. Email it to anyone you think will sign. The signatures will be sent to the President of the United States. Deadbeat parents are like terrorists to children. Maybe funding can be allocated to fight these homegrown and international terrorists.
