If you are against killing dogs for no reason at all sign this petition. The Ottumwa Vet Clinic and Ottumwa Police are killing inacite dogs for no reason. If you loose your dog, the polic will pick it up and they will take it to the vet clinic and then you have 6 days to go and pick it up. If your dog doesn't get adopted or you don't go and pick it up then they will kill it for baiscially no reason at all.

This is honestly just sick. Six days is not nearly enough time to find a lost pet. They need to stop killing innocent dogs just because they are busy.
