   Comments: This board from its questionable election to the present time has acted with complete disregard to the needs of the Ontario Taekwondo Association membership. In addition to the above there should be a vote of non-confidence made at the earliest convenience and a new board election be brought forward as quickly as possible.

   Comments: Thank you for taking time to review this petition. This date and time is very inconvenient for me and will require 2 days off work for travel. I would prefer the option to attend the meeting opposed to proxy voting, however, if not provided with an alternative date and time closer to the central location, then I will accept the proxy vote.

    Comments: 1. I believe the proxy vote is requisite for any OTA vote due to the travel distances involved for many OTA members ... not just this meeting, but all votes at all meetings. 2. I concur that a meeting agenda should be fwd with all meeting invitations and should include all decisions upon which the membership will vote.

    Comments: As a parent of a competitive child I want to see visibility to the masses that would potentailly impact the future of the OTA. Meetings set in markets where the populous doesn't reside doesn't represent us. Thanks

    Comments: Holding a meeting that dose not allow a majorty of members to attend dose not make sence or seam fair and would suggest to be that certen members have chosen this to exclude members that have the right to vote. all meetings should have an agenda regarding what is to be discused.
