A new ordinance will come before the Board of County Commissioners for approval on April 21st 2008. This will in effect remove the rights of any Osceola County homeowner in the above communities who does not reside within the County to have a say in who will control the vast funds at the disposal of the District Committee. Only Osceola County residents will be given the opportunity to stand for office and non residents will not even be given the right to vote to elect a Supervisor to the Board.
