Resignation of Richard and Lindsay Roberts

The petition

We challenge Richard and Lindsay Roberts, because of the apparent merit of these recent allegations, to step down from their leadership roles associated with ORU until an external investigatory committee clears their name. If it turns out they have made no significantly immoral or unethical decisions–as would be decided by the committee–they will be reinstated. If, however, the committee finds that such decisions were made, the removal will be permanent.

We believe such an action is reasonable and shows humility and respect for the University. If they do not the decency to submit to a complete investigation, we call for the Board of Regents to remove them immediately.
