We the undersigned are against the proposed creation of ordinance 2131-2008 for the special assessment on businesses and property owners for the "Fair Lawn Special Improvement District" in this time of the worst economic downturn in the history of the U.S. Businesses are struggling to survive and any additional tax assessment at this time for what we deem unnecessary expenditures, will only add to this struggle.
