The recent Optus outages and slowdowns are totally unacceptable. We are paying top dollar for internet access, be that ADSL or Cable.
Why should we be paying for "Speed Packs" when the best speeds we are getting so far this year (2014) is 100KB/s
I plan on getting this petition out to as many people as possible and making Optus financially pay for this. The only way a company learns is when their bottom line hurts.
Sign the petition and let's force them to fix this service once and for all.
