    Comments: I am a resident on this block with 4 children who enjoy playing outside and I am constantly jumping up to grab them away from the street with cars speeding by. It is especially hard for me to see the illegal cars racing down my block trying to avoid going onto the Prospect Expressway, so they speed up and onto my block and sometimes it seems as if they are headed right towards us. We live right in the first building.

    Comments: As a parent of a young child--we need some thing to regulate the speed and driving manners of drivers on the OP frontage road --before someone gets hurt (lord know enough cars parked on the side have already been creamed).
