To the United States District Court for the Western District of Texas Austin Division, US District Judge Lee Yeakel presiding; We are the investors who are the victims of the ProphetMax fraud perpetrated by Senen Pousa, Mike Dillard, The Investment Intelligence Corp., The Elevation Group, and IB Capital. We want to state that we vehemently oppose the motion for approval of the third Interim Fee Application by the ProphetMax Receiver. The ProphetMax Receiver has done very little on our behalf, as most of the investigative work was already previously conducted by members of our investor group. Please deny the approval of this Third Interim Fee. We feel they have already been over-compensated for their services.

im honestly blown away by how many of us are speaking up about these fees. seeing everyone jump in to support this shows we arent going to let them take what little is left of our investments.

The receivership fees are just as much a scam as the original one...only this time, these exorbitant fees are deemed "legal"....what a sad joke. In disgust, Elspeth Taimre

Another fee application? Are you kidding me. The system is broken and we are paying the price for it.

The receiver is doing nothing but charging us for work we already did ourselves. Deny this motion immediately.

This is just bleeding us dry. We lost enough money already. Enough is enough.

Ridiculous that they keep taking these huge cuts when we have seen zero return. Stop lining their pockets with our losses.
