- Longer class times may not permit students to concentrate for the 90 minute class.

- Students will not have enough time to study between their weekday classes. The Ohio Board of Regents suggests, “Two hours of outside activity for one hour of classroom work. Student will not have sufficient time to study between classes.

- Designated lab day: Science students may have numerous labs scheduled on Friday.

- For athletes later scheduled classes will result in missing dinner and later athletic practices.

- Later scheduled classes may result in less practice time for the softball/baseball teams because their fields are not lighted.
