   Comments: Dogs are not born aggressive or vicious. Banning a breed just because of how it looks or the reputation the media gave it is immoral and ignorant. Dog fighters are the ones to blame, not responsible dog owners. Once a breed is banned those criminals will just move on to another breed until every dog is banned. How about restricting dog breeding to breeders recognized by the AKC, and ownership of such "dangerous dogs" to responsible citizens without a criminal background. Think about it before you kill innocent life.

   Comments: Being a pitbull owner and dog trainer I find that the fault lies not with the dog but with the inexperiance of the handler/owner. People purchase pets with little or no knowledge of how to raise or train them. All breeds can become aggressive. I see it every day. Please help these animals in a more productive way. Enforce registration laws. Hold events which can better educate people on these "bully" breeds. Instead of being rid of them, make them an educational tool.

    Comments: Hi, my mum and step father are moving to america from england and they have two dogs. One they know they can bring and the other they are not sure he is a german shepard, his a loving family dog he was attacked when he was a puppy so he can be abit funny around other dogs sometime but his not horrid. they are looking to move to rhode island then on to colorado could someone if they know let me know if they have any idea weather he would be expected in those places i would be very greatful. I agree that known of the breeds should be banned i know many rottweilers and they are lovely it is how the animal is brought up
