Many Canadians are expressing concern over having American police officers able to make arrests on Canadian soil. http://www.cbc.ca/news/canada/story/2012/07/10/cross-border-policing-integration-sovereignty.html This brings our very sovereignty into question, allowing foreign officers the power to arrest those in Canadian territory, even if they follow the laws of this land, it is an unsettling prospect and one that could lead to a slippery slope. If history has taught us anything it's that in "joint" agreements, Canada always gets the short end of the deal. If you want to protect Canadian sovereignty, and tell Harper that this is not what Canadians want, then sign this petition.
