We the members of the 8th District Neighborhood Association, homeowners, residents, and others in the surrounding area are opposed to any plans for development of the property located at 1240 Armstrong Mill Rd that fall under Conditional Uses of the Agricultural-Urban zoning code. We desire to preserve the present agricultural environment, and maintain neighborhood structural consistency and community character in accordance to the LFUCG 2013 Comprehensive Plan.
