We the undersigned oppose the Advisory Council's decision to hand pick the Telugu Association of Southern California's 10 Board of Trustees and 4 Executive Committee members. We want free and fair elections. The Board and the Executive Committee has to be elected by the members of the Organization not by a single person or group of people. This is a undemocratic process and gives an undue advantage for the persons whom the Advisory Council knows or likes, depriving an opportunity to the very deserving, hard working and committed individuals.
