We oppose allowing a second high density, low income/affordable housing unit being approved within the Church Hill Road, Washington Ave, Walnut Tree location. With a third low/affordable income housing unit being proposed on Walnut Tree Hill surrounding residents property values will be severely impacted. To say nothing of the negative environmental as well as traffic implications.
