In July of 1999 a double homicide occurred in the Town of Leicester. A 36 year old mother was stabbed and strangled to death and the woman’s 9 year old daughter was sexually assaulted and murdered. The man convicted for the homicides and sexual assault has applied for parole. A parole hearing is scheduled for next week. The Leicester Police Department, after reviewing the facts surrounding the crime and suspect's history/record while incarcerated, is opposing his parole request as we believe it is a public safety issue. If you oppose this parole request, please sign our on-line petition. The petition will be presented to the parole board at the hearing.

If you would like to attend the hearing, please contact the Parole Board at (508) 650-4500.

That was my aunt and my cousin, there is no way this man should be released! Is is a monster and a threat to the rest of society. He murdered two innocent people one of which was a child!! a life for a life. I don't believe he should ever taste freedom again.

Marvin should never be paroled. Not only did he hurt two innocent people he destroyed family. I was married to the father of Cassie and to this day he is a mess from losing his only child. No one that caused such pain deserves to be free!

As a father of a young daughter, I would not want this guy on the streets, to hurt another family. It's obvious that he had full intentions on hurting not only the mother, but an inisint little girl. This guy will get out and re-offend within 90 days

No parole for man who raped and killed a little girl. There is no place in society for a man who displayed such brutality and disregard for a 9 yr old. Do not give him freedom to be a threat to women and children, he is where he belongs: jail

He raped and murdered a child. That is a definition of a monster. He should never get out. My son was a child when this happened. I had to explain what evil men can do. there is no reform for someone who can rape and murder a child.

This man does not deserve parole. He took the lives of one of my good friend and her daughter. The son was so distraught a few yrs after he committed suicide by police. This man destroyed the whole family. Debbie and Cassey got a life sentence from him and what he did to the child and the to Debbie he deserves no mercy. Life beyond life is what he should get if not execution.
