House bill 3362 puts a prohibition on the sale of all flavored liquids for electronic cigarettes putting this nicotine replacement therapy in prohibition. This will send a lot of the people (myself included) back to the use of combustable tobacco cigarettes. This Bill infringes on our right to lead a healthIER (no comprehensive studies have been published) lifestyle, leading business owners out of work and putting more money in the pockets of Big Tobacco.
House bill 2404 puts electronic cigarettes in the same classification as regular cigarettes. Once again this will infringe upon our right and the choice we made to better our health and lead our healthy lifestyle, all because the vapor that is exhaled from a electric cigarette looks like tobacco smoke.
We have launched a campaign to show our distaste for these bills. We need to show the legislators that these bills are opposed, they will damage public health, economic growth through small businesses and take way our rights. Even if you are not user of electronic cigarettes, i urge you to sign this petition with the hopes that one day vaping will be the biggest impact on bringing down tobacco related deaths.
