Name: Christina Tsang on Feb 11, 2013Comments: The noise and the rowdy crowd the venue has been attracting has infringed on our quality of life. When there is an event at 199 Bowery, the noise levels, the number of altercations between the patrons, the number of police and fire truck visits, the garbage in the streets all goes up dramatically. I do not feel safe walking in my neighborhood (where I have lived for over 10 years). My three little boys (all under the age of 10 years) are frequently waken up in the middle of the night by fights, the loud, drunk patrons of 199 Bowery and the frequent police cars that need to come by the police the rowdy crowd.Flag

Maybe I am bisaed as I had a short story "The Prince's Favourite" broadcast on Radio 4, and going to listen to Claire Skinner record it, then getting so much positive feedback afterwards, was both a huge pleasure but also made me realise how big an audience this slot reaches, and how much short stories are enjoyed.Flag

Name: Koret on Mar 7, 2013Comments: Excellent fact sheet! Very attractive with the Pileated Woodpecker photo and the cetnonts cover the highlights of Strathgartney Park in a concise manner. People will find this brochure both informative and easily readable. Public awareness of the Strathgartney issue is key and this hand-out will assist in solidifying Islander's resolve to SAVE STRATHGARTNEY!Flag
