The undersigned homeowners in Tierra Del Sol Aruba would like the government of Aruba not to permit large open parties in Tierra Del Sol. If any private parties are held this must be in the confines of the club house. Parking must only use the current parking lot at the club house. No overflow parking will be permitted. Noise must be kept to a level not to affect the surronding homes. Extra police security must also be provided by the developer. 

The past history has shown Tierra Del Sol is unable to secure the community. Many complaints go unawnsered. The last party resulted in a Home Evasion which resulted in injury to the homeowners. These parties also put extra stress on the Aruba Police department. This is a residential neighborhood not a nightclub. This community once was a premire development in Aruba and now has become a liabilty to Aruba.
