Name: Nathan Swineford on Jan 22, 2011Comments: i think it is very important that all types of offroad vehicles get a place to do their thing. skateboaders get skate parks, mountain bikers, hikers, and horse back riders get rails-to-trails (which i think is a load of crap that no atvs are allowed on them, but thats the goverment for you) but atvs and ohv get no place to go. the police and land owners have no problem fining us for using their land illegally, and kicking us off but when you ask where are you supposed to go the answer is AWAY! everyone has the right to be able to enjoy the outdoors however they see fit, its our god given and american right. sure there will be hurdles to work out but you have to start somewhere to get anywhere.Flag

Name: Kenneth (Buddy) Nesbitt on Jul 13, 2011Comments: We, the 4 wheeling community have gone largely unnoticed far too long. Most all are responsible, tax paying individuals that should have equal access to so many of the trails available in PA. So many other states have set aside OHV trails open to all, including but not limited to, ATVs, UTVs, motorcycles, full size registered 4WDs. It's time PA recognized the need for this. This would also put responsible people out there monitoring those that are less than responsible. Thank you very much for your time. Kenneth (Buddy) Nesbitt Weedville, PA 15868Flag

I was pulled over and questioned because I had a little mud on my Rig! I wasn't much mud either! Later I caught them spying on me! Actually got out of his vehicle( Thats not like them)! Collins Pine Co. has the timber lease an their cutting Big time! You better go see it now before its gone!!!! They should open up the Snowmobile roads! I don't believe there are any snowmobiles running up there right now!Flag

Name: L A Roderick on Jan 7, 2012Comments: I have old maps from the 50's-70's that show several "Jeep" Trials in Western PA. I would love to see them open for public use again. It's sad that the State offers thousands of acres to hunt stuff on but very limited OHV recreation.Flag

Name: Richard Dumnick on May 7, 2012Comments: There should be no reason an existing, or newly cut, unserviced road should not be open to the public for Jeep access. I use the term Jeep to denote any street legal, registered, 4 wheel drive vehicle. Prime examples of this would be Black Bear Pass in CO, and the Rubicon Trail From Georgetown CA to Tahoe, which passes through the El Dorado National Forest.Flag
