Stop the shooting.  Stop the killing.  Get the mentally handicapped long term care in long term hospitals for the mentally ill.  Hospitals and medicine are the answer.  Many hospitals have been closed over the years: hospitals that are needed for these sick and handicapped persons.  Put them into the hands of good caregivers.  Give them medicine not bullets.
Hospitals for the sick may save many lives in the future.
