Name: Jan Esler-Rowe on Sep 25, 2008Comments: Our state and nation need jobs that allow people to earn a living, take care of their family and produce income taxes that also benefit the state. Our state and nation is living on money borrowed from foreign countries. Activist pass these bans, or environmentalist blocking any use of our natural resources, thus forcing more importing of goods and exporting of jobs. This is a small business issue and I urge you to save our small businesses and allow adult patrons to make adult decisions for themselves. Please support SB346 and put into the exemptions the voters legally voted on.Flag

Name: Anonymous on Sep 25, 2008Comments: The smoking ban has hurt the work of regularly working live musicians worse than .08 BAC, gas prices or anything else. When the bars hurt we feel the effect. Private party work is down also all across the board for live music. This all began with the Columbus smoking ban and the damage multiplied as soon as Issue 5 took effect.Flag
