SB1206 will put back into law, the exemptions Issue 5 said we would have for private clubs, family owned businesses (with liquor licenses) and outdoor patios. This bill needs to be passed as quickly as possible, as Ohio's families, their businesses and employees and private clubs and their employees are hanging in the balance. Already hundreds of bars and private clubs have closed their doors. Ohio's unemployment rate, as of March 2009, of 9.7%.
