Name: Ryan Taylor on Dec 8, 2010Comments: Yes, I agree the legal drinking age in Canada should be 18, as a person is allowed to vote for the future of Canada at 18. As well, a person is allowed to serve in the Canadian Armed Forces and die for Canada at 17, but not allowed to drink, please! Actually, then the drinking age should be 17! Stop the campaign against Alcohol, which is a legal product for adults(18 year olds, not 19).Flag

Name: Anonymous on May 28, 2012Comments: I find it a joke that the age of majority is 18 in Ontario, yet you are barred from making 'adult' decisions, such as purchasing alcohol or tobacco. In most other provinces, the age of majority is the same as the drinking age, and further restricting *legal adults* is entirely arbitrary, in my opinion.Flag
