Africom will disastrous for Africa, we have so many examples of US interventions in the world which demonstrate their non compliance with the rule of law and human rights . In 1954,US intervened in Guatemla to defend the so called free world from the kremlin,in fact their only concern was to protect US interests inthe country. The US ,the so -called leading democratic country overthrown an elected democracy government for its own interests.This is not the way democracy works. The post cold war had serious consequences in the African continent ,until today the wounds are still wide open. The. So called war in terror had breached all the international laws recognised by US . US records speak for themselves, GAtemala,Nicaragua ,the illegal invasion of Iraq ,torture under the war on terror policy. Moreover,US new interest with ICC is dangerous because US will be in charge of enforcing ICC mandates .what this mean? US can through ICC track down any person or country to eliminate any threats. So,should we resist AFricom ? Yes yes yes......... I am writing my MSc dissertation for next year and my topic is as follow. Us new policy towards Africa : A threat called AfricomFlag
