    Comments: I am trying to start a petition for more penalties for law enforcement who are convicted of drunk driving. I know someone who got drunk at the graduation party for the police academy. He drove home after blacking out and ran head on to 2 teenage girls, injuring them and totalling his car. He was still permitted to graduate and is now working as a state corrections officer. He is also still heavily drinking and claims at the academy everyone joked that they have to become functioning alcoholics! They are actually encouraging them to drink and allow them to drive home after! needs to be done to enforce stricter laws for law enforcement officers that drink and drive. Where is the example They think they can do whatever they want because they can hide behind their badge.
