This petition is for a one time fifty dollar fee to register any motor vehicle in the state of Massachusetts for as long as you own the vehicle or vehicles.Each motor vehicle owned would incur this one time fee.Saving each owner one hundred and fifty dollars over a six year period.With the advent of computerization there really is no need to register every two years as are already encrypted into the D.M.V.s database.The only times that it would be appropriate is when you sell a vehicle or purchase one.
