Owing to the City of Onkaparinga having a current population of 159,000 with an influx of more residents expected in the near future. The Current Noarlunga Ice Rink has reached its full capability and we are in desperate need of land to build and Olympic Size Ice Rink. We feel that an Olympic ice rink would bring international tourists and the associated economical development to Noarlunga. Plus it would also give added recreation and sporting benefits to the local community as some of our local skaters have represented South Australia Internationally for Australia and at the World Championships Therefore we the under signed, urge our decision makers to act now, to provide us with land to build an Olympic Size Ice Skating Rink adjacent Noarlunga Centre.
