The Beijing Games have proven once again that Great Britain is truly a proud and successful sporting nation.
In 2012, London has the opportunity to show the planet even greater displays of British and World athleticism, tenacity, bravery and emotion.
That's why we need the International Olympic Commitee to include Darts as an Olympic event at the 2012 Games.
Just imagine the spectacle of athletes of the calibre of Phil 'the Power' Taylor, Raymond 'Barney' van Barneveld and Peter 'One Dart' Manley rubbing shoulders with Usain Bolt, Michael Phelps and Chris Hoy.
Just imagine the sound of Sid Waddell shouting home a gold for Great Britain.
We can do this. We can persuade them. In 2012, we can live the dream. Your voice counts. It should be saying only one word; "Darts."
