   Comments: I am getting married there in Sept. and the flambee show was the main selling point. I am extremely disappointed as I have seen the show before and it is amazing as well as very professional. At no point did I feel like my safety was being jeopardized.

   Comments: This was one of the things that made me book with olympia. They have not had any incidents and they have been doing it for so long! That fire chief ruined a big part of my wedding.

   Comments: I got married on May 26, 2007 and had my reception at the Olympia and had the flambee show and no one was hurt and it was the highlight of the night. My guests all stil talk of it. It is silly that one person who has nothing better to do with their time than start trouble has to ruin it for everyone!!

    Comments: It was obvious at our wedding that Olympia takes great care in ensuring the safety of the guests and staff while performing the flambee show. Although the flames may be higher then allowed, I believe that it can be modified to meet regulations. Olympia should be given this option rather then just cancelling it all together. Why is Carmen's still allowed to perform their show
