We, the people Demand Justice for "Ole Sister", the mare that was videotaped collapsing from exhaustion after being overdriven by helicopter pilot Josh Hellyer during a BLM roundup of wild horses in the Antelope Complex Herd Management Area, in White Pine County, Nevada on January 27, 2011.

Ginger Kathrens of the Cloud Foundation, and Deniz Bolbol of American Wild Horse Preservation Campaign both videotaped the incident of alleged animal cruelty on 01/27/2011.  They have both sent in unedited footage and written affidavits giving their eyewitness accounts to DA Mr. Kelly Brown of White Pine County.
