Old School Ramp Park

My name is Errict Chewning I am a local skater in Quincy, Illinos, and me an my friends are trying to re-open a old skate park in a old School. Better known as Franklin Square in the buisness district. It used to be the best hang out in town. But the owners shutdown about two years ago because too many people were in there. So we were thinking that we could re-open it. So there will be a place to go when people are bored. But we dont know how. We need your help to get the mayor to open it for us. thank you.
