This is a petition to change the current motorcycle helmet law in Oklahoma from partial coverage, which requires only motorcyclists under the age of 18 to wear a helmet, to universal coverage, which would require all motorcyclists, and their passengers, to wear a helmet. Not only would this change save countless lives, it would say taxpayer dollars as well.
