   Comments: As a smoker of a highly taxed legal product, I demand my right to use the product and to have accomodations set up for smokers in public places that would keep non-smokers from being bothered with second hand smoke. A complete ban is ridiculous, unfair and not needed.

    Comments: The economy has worsened by this ban loss of jobs, business loss and closings. We need to have smoker friendly places,smokers should be allowed to have places to meet and not feel like criminals. The smoking ban has helped devastate Ohio's economy.

    Comments: I am all for anyone who wants to smoke, as long as they don't blow it into my face. You can try to separate the smokers from the non-smokers the best you can. I have bronchitis, and I try to avoid being around smokers, but I don't believe in banning them from public places.
